*For overnights, cancellations must be 7 days before the scheduled visits. If it is cancelled within 7 days owners will be subject to pay half of what was owed.
**For holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, New Years Eve and July 4th) an additional 50% of the original price will be added.
